Phil Markel is a designer, illustrator and collaborator.

Phil is a creative professional with years of experience working with local nonprofits, small businesses and international companies. A proud graduate of Portland State University's Graphic Design program, his work can be seen throughout Portland and beyond. His diverse experience ranges from package design for Rogue Ales to exhibit and branding for Portland Children's Museum to feature illustrations in Barista Magazine. 

Phil has been told that he is easy to work with, always striving to deliver above clients' expectations. More than just a designer, he's passionate about helping clients clarify identity, strengthen brand and build bridges to reach their audience.
